Option 1: Publication in JCM. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and journal editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in Journal of Communications, which will be indexed by SCOPUS; EBSCO; etc.
Option 2: Publication in IJCCE.
Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and journal editorial
board, and accepted papers will be published in
International Journal of Computer and Communication Engineering,
which will be indexed by EI (INSPEC, IET), Google Scholar, Crossref, Engineering
& Technology Digital Library, ProQuest, and Electronic Journals Library, etc.
Option 3: For those who're NOT looking to publish their papers, it's acceptable to submit your abstracts to the conference, which will be sent to at least two techinical committees for a brief review, and it will take about 5 working days.
Please follow the format when preparing your paper. Papers should be with at least 4 pages.

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf, .doc) will be accepted via iConference submission system or email.
